Steve Rusich - Boss Steve Rusich is one of the most sought after matchmakers in the world and currently manages some of the biggest names in Mixed Martial Arts and kickboxing. Through Triple Crown management, Steve has established relationships with promoters all over world and has booked fights in the USA, Canada, Japan, Korea, Holland Romania, Mexico and all over Europe. In just a few short years, Steve has garnered a reputation as one of the industry’s most respected agents. Steve currently resides in Southern California where he oversees matchmaking, fight procurement, sponsorships and fighter management. Jake Hirsch - Underboss Jake Hirsch was born and raised in California and has been involved in MMA since its inception in 1993. After starting an agency in Calgary, Alberta (UNIDO Sports Management) he quickly established an impressive roster of over 25 professional fighters. In 2009, Jake combined forces with Triple Crown Fighter and is now helping manage the day to day operations assisting Steve Rusich with fight procurement and matchmaking. Jake specializes in media/marketing and sponsorships for numerous fighters. Having great media and corporate contacts has also helped Jake maximize his client’s portfolios with appearances, news features and sponsorships with some of mixed martial arts’ top companies. Having apprenticed in boxing under Tom Sillito and Coaches Trevor Hardy (Progressive Fighting Academy) and Junior Olsen, he quickly gravitated to full contact kickboxing where he fought undefeated. Jake continued training in Mixed Martial Arts and has had the opportunity to train with some of today's best fighters. He is also widely known as a great standup/striking coach, holds a blue belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under 3rd Degree Black Belt Anderson Goncalves and also works the corner for many of his active fighters. Jake currently divides his time between the Calgary, Alberta and Houston, Texas offices. Kurtis Loth - Captain Kurt was born and raised in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, and after highschool moved to Saskatoon to attend Univeristy at the U of S. In 2001, Kurt started a career in the custom auto industry, specializing in Import and Sport compact vehicles. Kurt turned his passion of cars into his career and currently manages the top speed shop in the province, Performance Plus Distributors. Besides his love of cars, Kurt has always been a huge fan of Mixed Martial Arts. In 2005 he joined his first MMA gym to learn the basics in his spare time. Since 2007, Kurt has been with Graham Weenk at Alliance Martial Arts in Saskatoon. After looking for representation for his friends, He ended up making the step into management and joined up with Triple Crown Fighter as an agent. Just like turning his passion for cars into a career, he is doing the same for Mixed Martial Arts and is excited for this great opportunity. |
